Position(s) Available:
We are looking for a Compensation Valuation Analyst for our Boca Raton, FL office. An Analyst will assist in the development of both simple and complex compensation valuations and will enjoy working on client engagements that span the complete spectrum of healthcare valuation services.

Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with a preferred concentration in Finance, Accounting, Law, Healthcare Administration, Management, or Economics;
Progress towards, or completion of, a professional designation (i.e., MBA, MSF, CFA, ASA, CVA, MHS, MPH, JD and/or CPA/ABV) is a plus;
Advanced knowledge of and experience with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
Deadline oriented, strong organizational skills with attention to detail, audit and compliance oriented;
Strong written and verbal communication skills including proper grammar, professional communication style and excellent interpersonal skills with customer service orientation;
Knowledge and experience working with a variety of healthcare provider compensation and services structures and arrangements is a plus;
Basic familiarity with federal regulations pertaining to physician compensation, including healthcare compliance such as Stark and Anti-Kickback legislation is a plus.

Primary Responsibilities:
Provide general analytical assistance on various valuation projects;
Understand regulatory environment, mechanics of healthcare reimbursement, entity and arrangement types, and overall industry trends and risks;
Maintain knowledge of project types & procedures, including meeting budgets & timelines for each project, overseeing day to day flow of project and keeping management & Client informed of status and challenges;
Write reports containing correct spelling and grammar and be written in a concise and meaningful manner. Reports must adequately support analysis to reader on a standalone basis;
Possess professional internal communication etiquette and maintain ability to work with co-workers;
Summarize & analyze physician compensation and productivity including: market pricing, survey analyses, interpretation of compensation data and comparative analysis to industry benchmarks;
Recognize & analyze problems regarding agreements and the conceptual framework for FMV; match valuation model drivers with the principal variables of agreements.
