The Business Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the overall operations of the CCSP and SOURCE programs, including data management and Medicaid tracking, billing, GMCF uploads and brokering for initial clients; prepares programmatic reports and assists in the preparation of financial reports for funding organizations. Acts as liaison between the VNHS Corporate office and the VNHS Rome office.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Public Administration, or a related field; or a minimum of five years’ experience in healthcare management.
Licensure & Certifications: Certification in computer Microsoft office products preferred
Previous Experience: Must have minimum two years’ experience in healthcare industry
Knowledge & Training: Must have knowledge of public care management programs, aging services, and/or public administration. Must have working knowledge of commonly used software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point as well as the ability to use software for financial spreadsheets. Ability to use data for performance improvement as well as financial analysis. Requires proven interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively and negotiate problems.
