This is an exempt position with a bi-weekly rate of pay. This position directly reports to the President and is responsible for planning, coordinating, managing and ensuring the successful execution of the company’s business operations, including but not limited to all office business support services, facilities management, logistical decisions, and correspondence, as well as the hosting of all business associates and business functions.
This position has direct managerial responsibilities, currently with one employee.
This job operates in a professional office environment and it routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Though some flexibility in hours may be allowed, the employee must be available during the company’s regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm and for additional time outside of regular business hours, to support the company’s business needs.
Occasional travel is expected for this position (e.g., pick up supplies).
