This is an exciting time for Phillips. After doing business 22 years in North Texas, we are still growing rapidly. We are seeking energetic, problem-solving, customer-centric Residential Remodel Project Managers to coordinate and supervise projects and assist homeowners with their painting (interior and exterior), gutter, and carpentry needs.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Helps solve problems for customers according to industry and company standards in a way that promotes win-win outcomes, long-term customer savings and elevated positions for the company
Manages and supervises crew partners, visiting jobsites throughout the day and assigning work according to crew ability and availability
Manages projects through completion and collection
Always recruiting new crews
Clean driving record

Ability to climb a ladder occasionally to inspect work

Proficient with basic Windows computer programs
Able to perform simple number computations quickly in the head
