RADIAS Health is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator for our main office in St. Paul. This individual will provide professional and quality service to clients, employees, and professionals that work with/for Radias Health. This position's primary focus is management of the main lobby area for Radias Health via telephone and face to face contact with clients, professionals, and employees. The Front Desk Coordinator provides assistance with day-to-day administrative activities as directed by the Administrative Lead. The schedule is Monday - Friday 7:45am - 4pm.

Essential Functions
Open and close the reception area each day including setting the phone system to the proper day/night mode.
Maintain the reception area so that it is presentable at all times.
Greet and assist visitors in getting their needs met and notifying the employee of a visitor's presence.
Maintain, ensure and respect client and employee privacy in the reception area.
Provide appropriate boundaries and professionalism at all times.
Ability to manage and maintain professionalism if a crisis should arise.
Promptly communicate with staff and supervisors regarding messages, requests, and information via telephone, email, and/or text.
Register, check in, schedule appointments and answer phone calls for the United Family Medicine clinic.
Manage and administer the Radias Health Training Institute. Accepting and processing training requests, tracking trainings, employee training record maintenance and reporting as needed. Preparing training material, feedback evaluations, certificates of completion, attendance records etc.
Assists with various projects, such as data entry, mailings, document preparation as needed.
Process incoming, outgoing and inner office mail as well as manage the postage meter.
Complete all paperwork and reports, as needed, in a timely and organized manner.
Participate actively in on-going professional growth and development; maintain appropriate professional behavior and participate in appropriate supervision.
Maintain a pattern of regular work hours.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Education & Experience
High School diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of office management with good clerical and organization skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Ability to manage a multiline phone system.

Preferred:
Experience working in a mental health clinic or other mental health setting.

Competencies
Familiar with Microsoft Windows and Office programs for word processing and data management.
Fully proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Access.
Able to answer telephone and deal with client and staff issues in a timely and courteous manner.
Excellent administrative/secretarial skills; typing 50 wpm.
Able to problem solve using analytical skills, creativity and logical thinking to reach a solution.
Able to work under pressure in a fast paced time sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines.
Multitask in an environment with multiple distractions is a must.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Able to compile and organize data.
Able to write general correspondence and reports.
Able to be a team player and possess a positive and helpful demeanor.
Establish and maintain relationships with all levels of staff.
Able to demonstrate initiative, flexibility and work independently.
Must have good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and be part of a team.
Able to use a computer for word-processing and data base management.
Be able to speak, clearly understand, and write the English language.
Must have a car, a current MN driver’s license, valid auto insurance and be able to drive during the day or evening hours that may require you to drive in the dark.
