Summary
Meet directly with health plans to clarify requirements, set expectations, review change requests, identify dependencies, and set expectations of timelines. Submit change requests for the communciation support team (and ancillary tickets to support them) on behalf of clients. Prioritize the Communications Support team's work items and ensure development work is on schedule for template change/implementation requests. Communicate with the quality, licensing, and compliance teams to ensure all written notifications are setup in a compliant manner. Review and respond to written notification audit findings with root cause analysis and corrective action plans. Work with the Communications Support director to prioritize DocGen code work and ensure code tickets are requested and delivered in a timely manner. Perform emergency fixes to written notification logic when required. Work with the DocGen BAs and IT release manager to verify all planned written notification changes are included in each release. Manage communications support team time clocks & PTO approval, and other responsibilities as necessary.

Minimum Experience Required
5 years in relevant business with direct client management, database logic or similar function.

Minimum Education, Licensure and Professional Certification requirement: Bachelor's in Business or Communications with an IT background - MBA preferred

Required Skills
SQL/database expertise, Microsoft Office expertise, strong written and verbal communication proficiency, solid comfort level interfacing with client. People management, Project management, Ability to understand code, Ability to develop test scenarios
