Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service in a restaurant setting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, beer, and wine
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Set up and break down the bar area for service
- Assist with banquet or event service as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality industry preferred
- Knowledge of Aloha POS or similar systems is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests
- Familiarity with food handling and fine dining service standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
