We are seeking a Lead Carpenter / Site Super with a proven track record of success.
Responsible for the jobsite and schedule throughout the full life cycle of the project. Ensure the Team has the resources needed for project success on the job site. Responsible for client satisfaction, and the project outcome.
Ideal Candidate may have previously worked as: carpenter - trim carpenter - remodeling site super - new home builder - production carpenter - remodeler - builder
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrate proficiency in all aspects of Carpentry.
- Supervise and support crew with a mix of skill levels.
- Consistently set a positive example and motivate field crew to work together productively.
- Solve problems independently and know when to solicit help from planning team and project manager.
- Plan for site logistics issues.
- Available as the primary contact for the client.
- Respond to clients, vendors, subs, and company employees.
- Whenever the client requests work outside of the control budget, evaluate whether it is an Additional Work Order (AWO) or a new project request.
- Ensure the field team is aware of and is prepared to avoid physical risks
