Information Technology and Facilities
The IT group is strategically aligned to provide effective IT/Facilities support to the Perspecta business. The team is responsible for executing functions to ensure day-to-day IT support, to ensure technology standards are established and followed across the organization, to manage assets and the confidentiality, integrity, security and availability of IT assets, information, data and services. Facilities supports environmental, health and safety operations to ensure safe, comfortable and productive work environments for Perspecta employees.
The IT Administrative Coordinator will function as admin assistant to the OCIO leadership team as well as support the Project Management team with coordination and communication.
The role performs the following functions:
Support the project management team by coordinating project information gathering, information flow, documentation, and meetings
Provide OCIO leadership with administrative support for meeting scheduling, calendar management, department event planning, expense report processing, travel planning, and other tasks
Assist with OCIO communications as well as aggregate information into formal documents/prepare presentation such as status reports and operational reviews
Manage and update the OCIO The Lens intranet site & OCIO internal SharePoint site
Coordinate ad-hoc and annual policy document review/updates
Assist IT Business Director and work with Accounts Payable for invoice reconciliation and invoice payment tracking
Handle IT P-card purchases / tracking / reconciliation
4-5 years relevant experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Intermediate / Expert level experience with Microsoft Office tools (primarily Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Very tech savvy with demonstrated efficient use of MS Windows tools and communication / collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams, Slack, GoToMeeting, Skype, etc
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work against deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Self-starter that takes the initiative to find answers and reach out to various corporate or business groups to get answers or information
Preferred Skills / Certifications
Experience with special projects / project coordination
Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification
