```Duties:```
- Prepare accurate and timely construction estimates for various projects
- Review project plans, specifications, and other relevant documents to determine the scope of work and materials required
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes
- Use specialized software such as Bluebeam to create detailed cost estimates
- Analyze project costs, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor bids
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
- Create and submit comprehensive bid proposals to clients
- Monitor project costs throughout the construction process and make adjustments as needed to ensure cost control
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure successful project execution

- Proven experience in construction estimating or a related field
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
- Proficiency in using construction estimating software such as Bluebeam
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other technical documents
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors
- Strong negotiation skills for obtaining competitive pricing from suppliers and subcontractors
- Project management skills to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
