- Adequate knowledge and experience in QuickBooks, MS Word and Excel

- Good communication skills

- Positive, pleasant and professional demeanor

- Highly organized and detail-oriented

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Basic clerical duties, e.g, copying, scanning, faxing, filing, etc.

- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to e-mail correspondence. Take and relay messages, as needed.

- Arrange and schedule appointments for on-site estimates

- Process incoming and outgoing mails

- Invoicing clients

- Accounts Payable / Receivable

- Apply for street space permit at SF DBI, as needed

- Other duties to be discussed
