Our client in the Troy, NY area is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team to help support and grow their Patient Engagement Portal platform. As a Business Analyst, your primary role will be to build the business requirements driving development efforts for application features, enhancements, releases and client onboarding. You will act as a liaison with business leads to define and develop requirements and user-story creation for proposed system modifications and/or new functionality. You will also play a role in performing functional QA with a strong enforcement of product requirements. Required Skills
At least 5 years of BA experience with a strong emphasis around new software development.
Strong oral and written communication; proven experience communicating to various levels of team members/ management.
Proven experience in requirements gathering, definition and documentation.
Experience leading solutions from, planning, scope definition and deployment.
Serve as contact between the technical teams and end users; managing/supporting expectations of business stakeholders.
Provide business systems analysis and process redesign expertise with strong documentation of processes.
Define UAT criteria for functional QA.
Support full SDLC: requirement definition, analysis, design, development, testing and conversion.
Participate and/or coordinate required testing/validation of system enhancements and fixes, creating and/or executing the test cases including problem determination and resolution.
