Charles Schwab's Digital Services Channel Management team is responsible for defining, delivering, and managing the lifecycle of our platforms and services which enable digital interactions with clients at scale. Our digital experience is the way that most clients interact with us on a daily basis, and we’re focused on creating the best experience possible for our users. Our team leads digital optimization for platforms that serve millions of clients every day by creating the best client experience and driving efficiencies across digital platforms, core journeys and channels.
We work, think and approach problems differently than your traditional financial services firm, and we drive to change both how Schwab operates and how the industry serves investors. In this role, you will help create a baseline for what % of all interactions and transactions clear digitally and through data discovery identify opportunities to optimize the digital experience. You’ll brilliantly partner with teams across the firm to work with platform owners, journey owners and digital and physical channel owners to understand their current roadmaps and connect newly identified opportunities to existing roadmaps.
The team is responsible for:
Strategy - Envision the future and build the long-term roadmap for the Schwab.com channel focused on health, performance, and global channel elements.
Execution – Identify and create future forward strategies for all aspects required to bring simple and intuitive experiences to clients through new digital capabilities and solutions that help us maintain and grow healthy and scalable channels.
Client service – Serve clients with compelling capabilities that improve client outcomes
Partnership – Collaborate with technology, design, marketing and others in delivering value to our clients
What you are good at
You will lead data analytics for Channel optimization and Adoption, and tell data driven stories
You will help create and maintain key performance metrics to drive the digital channel to performant, scalable future state.
You will work to create the awareness and engagement for your channel and provide relevant and concise updates to management teams
Monitors digital channel metrics and communicates significant changes in performance factors as well as client impact of adverse events cross teams
You will build strong partnerships with key stakeholders
What you have
3-5+ years experience with Data Analytics and a strong ability to turn data into insights
Deep curiosity about data and superior story telling skills
Ability to influence and build strong relationships across multiple levels of the organization
Highly developed communication and presentations skills with a superior ability to effectively communicate and present complex concepts and issues to leadership teams.
Skilled at working cross-functionally with technology, service, marketing and product teams to manage the entire lifecyle of a digital platform.
Curiosity, a can-do attitude and the ability to learn quickly and thrive in a complex, dynamic environment
Self-starter with outstanding organizational skills and ability to track multiple project deliverables with minimal direction
Confidence presenting and tailoring messaging to a variety of audiences, including senior leadership
Enjoy being a thought leader who naturally challenges the status quo
Good understanding and/or experience with financial services regulations is a plus
Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred)
Consulting background is a plus
