We seeking a passionate and experienced All-star Cheerleading Program Director and Head Coach to continue to grow our program.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced All-star Cheer Program Director and Head Coach with a deep understanding of competitive cheerleading, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of program management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for athletes of all skill levels, focusing on technique, strength, flexibility, and performance.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of coaches and support staff to ensure the highest quality instruction and support for athletes.
- Collaborate with management to schedule practice times, competitions, and special events.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with athletes, parents, and community members to foster a supportive and inclusive program environment.
- Oversee program budgeting and fundraising efforts to ensure financial sustainability.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continually improve the program and stay competitive in the All Star Cheer community.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in competitive cheerleading, with a proven track record of success as a coach or athlete.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire athletes and staff.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of USASF (United States All Star Federation) rules and regulations.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
