Veritone is looking for an extraordinary Senior Technical Recruiter with strong business savvy, a passion for their craft, and a genuine commitment for providing an unforgettable candidate experience. In this role, you will partner with our Data Science and DevOps teams to find the best talent.

Responsibilities:
Partnering with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and advising on the best hiring strategy.

Develop, creative, out of the box recruiting methods.

Provide strategic guidance and become an advisor to executive leadership in matters related to top technical talent.

Participate in marketing events, user groups, and industry specific interest groups to build relationships and a candidate pipeline.

You will be a top technical recruiter. Whether your background is corporate/in house, search firm or boutique you will be genuinely interested in and the go-to person for technical industry searches, specifically in a research and assessment capacity.

Provide strategic guidance and become an advisor to executive leadership in matters related to top technical talent.

Proven ability to keep up with a fast-paced environment. Resilience under pressure. Polite push back when required. Ready to collaborate and bring ideas to the attention of the whole team.

Qualifications:
BS/BA or equivalent from an exceptional university.

Minimum of 5 years recruiting experience in a technical field.

Demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing top talent.

Proven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners, helping them navigate the sources of talent and assisting them with assessment.

The ability to lead projects to successful conclusion – balancing efficiency with quality.

A combination of corporate and agency/executive search experience is preferred.
