Successful candidates must be well-rounded with a minimum 8 years of experience, and able to be involved from start to finish of projects while balancing technical and people skills- knowledgeable with technical aspects of the design process, including Building Codes and Commercial construction standards, as well as able to interact and coordinate services with engineers, consultants and clients.
Candidates will be working at multiple levels of Corporate Management. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, as well as high levels of creativity, imagination and vision are a must.

Planning, Coordinating and Managing activities on single or multi-discipline projects.
Participate in the preparation of Design and Construction Documents in AutoCad along with the necessary specifications for securing bids or negotiations with General Contractors.
Participation in specifying products and materials along with shop drawing reviews and construction administration services.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Excellent design and drafting skills and proficiency with AutoCAD products
A keen eye for the detail of specific tasks, combined with an understanding of how such

Strong organizational, project management and planning skills.
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple clients with ease.
An analytical mind with excellent problem-solving ability.
Degree in Architecture or Technical School with strong construction document production skills.
Experience with recent versions of AutoCad and Microsoft Office Products.
