Here’s what we need help with:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to Eddy Company customers
  • Engage, consult, and close internally generated inbound leads
  • Make inbound and outbound calls to prospects, current customers, and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Collaborate with insides sales team members and manager to ensure each prospect is taken care of and that no leads are lost
  • Perform effective online software demo’s to prospects and new customers
  • Organize customer documents and information
  • Provide accurate information about Eddy Company products and services
  • Stay up to date on all changes to processes and procedures
  • Special projects as necessary

  • Excellent verbal communication; ability and enthusiasm to build relationships and problem solve
  • Solid organizational and follow-up skills
  • Problem solver with a successful history of using a proactive, process-driven approach
  • You're competitive: you love to win but aren’t afraid to fail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast pace environment
  • High competency with computers
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service environment preferred
