Position Summary:
GlynnDevins, a leader in senior living advertising and marketing, is seeking the quintessential senior living advertising and marketing consultant. We are accepting applications for an Account Director with 10-15 years of Advertising Agency experience to join our team.

Position Description:
This role has a proven history of top performance in a variety of situations. They delegate wherever possible, and consult with senior clients regularly. They trust their teams to manage the rest of the client relationship. They build strong relationships with agency leadership. They innovate, generate ideas, and move the agency forward in a positive direction. They build the agency’s business, and are able to bring the entire Client Service group along in their efforts. The person in this role has enough advertising knowledge, that they could be invited - impromptu - to a new business presentation, and present to the prospective client including a tough Q&A session with no preparation and do an excellent job.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
Innovates, generates and communicates strategic POVs
Manages client concerns (spoken and unspoken)
Grows existing business and new business
Maintain a pulse on industry trends by participating in senior living industry conferences
Participates in new business pitches (can lead effort)
Runs discovery sessions
Leads senior living meetings for all education levels
Audits senior living communities with fresh eyes
Help agency leadership manage top client relationships
Oversee onboarding and engagement of new clients, lead client service management for new accounts, and ensure successful engagement throughout the client’s lifecycle
Coordinates with cross-functional teams within the company to ensure client programs are delivered and client goals are achieved
Oversee and manage a client service team with a focus on optimizing processes, team structure and developing professional skills and advancing career growth
Drive the CS team to consistently look for new ways to prove value with existing clients and general up-sell opportunities
Ensure the team is sharing best practices for success with each other and with clients
Drive data collection, enhance and own key metrics for your team including client retention, revenue retention, revenue generation, and % of projects completed on time. Updating your team on monthly and quarterly incremental up-sell goals and pacing needed to achieve them
Training the team to increase the business value of our products/services to clients through gaining a deep understanding of clients' business strategies and objectives

Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing or related field. Master’s degree preferred
10-15+ years of leadership experience managing large client service teams

Proven ability to:
Establish KPIs, performance dashboards and monthly reporting
Perform as a strong leader and motivator, inspiring teams to delivery top performance every day against assigned business objectives
Demonstrate sound decision making skills based on agency, client and industry knowledge
Deep knowledge of strategic marketing and advertising with working knowledge of current and emerging online and offline trends and technologies
Excellent written, presentation, management, listening and interpersonal skills
Dynamic personality able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences
