National Truck & Equipment Sales part of the Robertson Truck Group, a family owned and operated business since 1984 specializing in quality, preowned medium and heavy-duty trucks and equipment is searching for a Dealership Administrative Support Team Member to join our service department team!
Location: Reynoldsburg, OH 43068
Schedule: Full time, Monday through Friday, 1st shift
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers in person, on the phone and through email
- Schedule service appointments and monitor service progress
- Create work orders, customer and internal invoicing and process customer payments
- Assist with resourcing and ordering parts and parts inventory management
- Completing warranty documents and submitting to manufacturers
- Data entry into the company’s database
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and services on inventory and equipment
- Maintain excellent housekeeping in and around the work area
- Follow company safety and employment policies
- Other miscellaneous duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Positive work attitude and willingness to work with fellow team members
- Excellent customer service skills
- General computer skills and ability to use basic office equipment
- Detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have valid driver license
- Ability to maintain excellent housekeeping habits in work area
