FUNCTION: Under the supervision of the Rehabilitation Operations Director provides support to HR and other departments as needed by performing the essential functions of the position.

Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or GED. Must have a minimum of one (1) year experience in office work preferably in HR or payroll.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: None required.
Equipment Used: May use standard office equipment, including, but not limited to, personal computer and office applications, copier and typewriter, automobile or van.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from coworkers and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Ability to seek out methods and principles and incorporate them into existing practices. Ability to move between tasks with interruptions and maintain effectiveness.
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS: Demonstrates active listening techniques, gains support through effective relationships, treats others with dignity and respect, and seeks feedback. Ability to effectively use conflict management skills.

Assists with payroll processing for all non-corporate Ageility Physical Therapy Solutions staff.
Manages and maintains employee information in Casamba.
Manages annual license verification process for licensed therapy staff in field.
Assists with projects as directed.
Maintains a system where managers are notified in a timely manner to provide performance evaluations and merit increases in accordance with policy.
Completes administrative tasks as assigned to support other departments within Ageility Physical Therapy Solutions
Maintains confidentiality of all pertinent personnel information in accordance with the Privacy Act, as well as our established personnel policies governing the release of information.
Maintains appropriate documentation concerning the employee’s right to work in the country. Files documentation in the designated location within the specified time frame.
Maintains an adequate personnel filing system that meets the needs of Ageility Physical Therapy Solutions and complies with current employment practices.
Performs administrative functions and prepares electronic records of personnel transactions and personal data.
Supports the exit interview process.
Monitors attendance at annual mandatory trainings.
Attends company mandated in-service trainings and programs.
Follows work schedule and completes assigned tasks in accordance with the established policies and procedure of the facility.
Cooperates with interdepartmental personnel.
Demonstrates positive working relationships.
Readily assists coworkers as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
