Docusign is looking for a highly motivated Software Engineer to join our development team in Seattle. This position will execute on all aspects of the software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of the Identify services.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager, Software Engineering.

Build and maintain a set of highly scalable, performant and high availability services

Work with Product Management, designers and other developers to gather requirements and translate those into engineering design and provide estimates

Improve performance of existing services

Be data driven and push for making decisions based on telemetry

Drive design, implementation, testing and release of products
Hybrid:
Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

8+ years industry experience in Software Engineering

Experience with C#, Java
-
Experience designing and developing highly scalable consumer facing web applications

Hands-on, professional experience with consuming and building RESTful web-services

Strong grasp of object-oriented design principles and patterns
-
Experience with public cloud (Azure or AWS), Kubernetes and micro services
-
Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and thrive in a time sensitive environment

Previous experience with Authentication protocols like SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC

Experience with Microsoft technology stack (C#, .NET)

Experience with git, continuous integration and deployment tools

Experience developing, promoting, and building consensus across engineering teams

Excellent communication skills; you will also be collaborating with teams based in Europe
Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $151,800.00 - $245,150.00 base salary
Illinois and Colorado: $145,800.00 - $205,950.00 base salary
Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $145,800.00 - $214,350.00 base salary
Washington DC: $151,800.00 - $214,350.00 base salary
This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and
