Lee Media is seeking an eager self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills to join a fast-growing local media company as a Production Manager. In this role you will learn and master first-hand knowledge and skills on how to work with creative professionals in the Phoenix valley and across the country. You will be responsible for sensitive media and client information, and facilitate all aspects of production and its communications.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Assign cinematographers & editors to booked projects and provide them with job deadlines and specifications.
  • Create and distribute call sheets for cinematographers and other crew members.
  • Ensure completed projects are reconciled to master project folders & files.
  • Upload completed work to company distribution and social media channels.
  • Finalize packaging and ship products out to clients.
  • Backup and manage digital assets among workstations and team members.
  • Answer day-to-day client questions about production capabilities.
  • Various production tasks.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Adobe Creative Cloud experience preferred, but not necessary
  • vProduction experience preferred, but not necessary

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $12.00 to $15.00 /hour
