We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager to help us achieve our mission! Your objectives and responsibilities:

Be an ambassador for our users and customers: women and families, healthcare providers, and payers. Deeply understand and empathize with them, and identify what problems Ovia can uniquely solve for them.
Develop and communicate a clear and inspiring product vision and strategy, and establish a shared understanding across the company on requirements and priorities required to execute.
Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products and solutions that change the way women consume healthcare services, empower women to take control of their health and wellbeing, engage healthcare providers, and impact millions of women and their families.
Own the product from end to end, starting with crafting the business case and user experience through development, product launch, adoption and usage.
Serve as product owner/manager for a core product team of world-class engineers and designers. Responsible for a clearly defined, prioritized, and actionable backlog.
Collaborate closely with Chief Medical Officer and Clinical Team to define and align on roadmap objectives and key results, focusing on how our products and services demonstrate clinical impact: proven behavior change and improved outcomes in maternal and family health.
Requirements

BS (MBA preferred), and 8-10 years of product management experience, preferably in health and user / customer-facing products
Min. 5 years of experience of performing user testing and research, and translating user and customer needs into product features that deliver an unparalleled user experience and industry-leading performance in growth, engagement and satisfaction
Min. 2 years experience taking product ideas from conception through launch and beyond
Experience standardizing and evolving development processes in an agile environment
Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects and products
General technical understanding of mobile applications and RESTful APIs
Deep knowledge of agile development best practices, and backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily standups
Demonstrated ability to define requirements, objectives and key results for successful mobile and web user/customer-facing experiences
Experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions and assertions of business value
High level of comfort in exploring new markets and opportunities
Demonstrated ability to perform resource planning/allocation and goal setting, and have effective communication with stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to perform competitive and market landscape analysis, and translate to business and product teams
Basic understanding of the healthcare landscape, including healthcare providers, payers, and consumers
Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment. Experience in healthcare or at a health technology startup is preferred.
