Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Manager of Strategy and Operations to join our team, specializing in managing relationships with hospital partners and promoting our surgical service lines and other service offerings. As an integral member of our organization, you will be responsible for fostering partnerships, driving growth, and ensuring operational excellence with hospital partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders within hospitals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct periodic site visits to assess client satisfaction, identify opportunities for improvement, and gather feedback.
Identify Strategic Needs and Opportunities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share within the surgical service lines.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within accounts.
- Collaborate with internal sales teams to develop customized solutions and proposals tailored to meet the unique needs of clients.
Operational Excellence:
- Work closely with internal departments, including operations, clinical teams, and finance, to ensure seamless delivery of services to our partners.
- Monitor key performance metrics and operational processes, proactively addressing any issues or challenges to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to partners in optimizing their operational workflows and maximizing the utilization of surgical service lines.
Consulting:
- Serve as a subject matter expert on best practices to drive efficiency, service line structure, and industry regulations.
- Leveraging internal clinical resources as needed to support hospital partners
Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze production trends, competitor activities, and partner feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations outlining performance, partner engagement activities, and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Proven track record of success in sales, account management, or business development within the healthcare industry, with specific experience working in rural markets
- Strong understanding of hospital operations and regulatory requirements governing healthcare services.
- Proficiency in project management to ensure successful project delivery and set clear goals and objectives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex problems, develop innovative solutions, and drive results.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
