Executive Director ( Must have BSN)

The Executive Director must be a BSN or MSN with a current Indiana Registered Nurse License in good standing. This position is the local area operations leader and must be capable of operations leadership over the educational and recruitment processes. They must also manage relationships with the students and clients we serve. The position places an equal focus on delivering the highest educational quality and area growth across Northern Indiana.

Responsibility Summary:

Pertaining to Education

  • Directs educational program that promotes professional excellence for all clinical roles
  • Help develop and implement an evaluation system to monitor the quality of the training delivery
  • Ensures that all federal and state regulatory requirements are met
  • If needed instruct CNA training courses with a high level of educational outcomes

Pertaining to Operations

  • Direct, coordinate, and supervise all activities and personnel
  • Support efforts to maintain and balance budgets over region served
  • Assist in recruitment, marketing, and advisement efforts of students as needed
  • Ensure all facilities and equipment meet are exceed industry standards
  • Assist in the recruitment and hiring of qualified nursing faculty, administrative, and support staff


  • MUST have a bachelor's of science in nursing or higher and be an Indiana Registered Nurse w/license in good standing.
  • Minimum of 2 years nurse’s experience of which one year must be in the provision of long term care services
  • Minimum of 5 years prior supervisory experience; 10 years preferred
  • Ability to build relationships to drive results
  • Work with considerable independence and under general guidelines and directions
  • Ability to act as a professional at all times in all circumstances
  • Possess a working knowledge of computers and educational media equipment and technology.
  • Be a creative, energetic and self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills
  • Assume responsibility, deal effectively with problems, and exercise independent judgment when making decisions
  • Read, understand, and express oneself clearly and effectively in oral and written communications
  • Possess strong leadership and human relation skills and the ability to effectively relate to diverse personalities
  • Possess a strong general knowledge of health occupations and the health industry

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 /year
