Epoch is a Payment Facilitator that has been providing award-winning online payment solutions since 1996. As an experienced e-commerce pioneer, we continue to lead the way in innovation and flexibility. We are looking for a curious, enthusiastic, and self-starting professional to join our Risk Management team in the role of Risk Analyst in order to collaborate in our strategies to expertly navigate payments, fraud, and brand risk.
About The Position
- Understand and document current business policies in relation to payment scheme regulations. Formulate and execute plans to ensure compliance in both present and future environments.
- Facilitate daily operations in a number of areas including loss prevention and compliance. Identify and resolve process inefficiencies.
- Conduct analysis of reporting to identify and develop areas of improvement as it relates to payment strategy, performance, and optimization.
- US West Coast working hours with the possibility of working in our Santa Monica, CA office or remotely. Excellent benefits and a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
- Will report to the department supervisor.
- Full-time position, M-F, work location is flexible depending on the area and state of your residence.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years equivalent relevant experience in eCommerce
- Experience in Online Payments, Risk Management, Fraud Prevention, and/or Network Compliance
- Strong analytical skills and ability to gather and manipulate data with Excel, MS Office Suite, and/or SQL
- Experience creating/optimizing reporting of critical business functions
- Must be based in the United States with a strong ability to write and communicate in English
