Creative Specialist

The Creative Specialist will manage, track, and document key creative deliverable projects for the Transformation and Strategy team. This includes working directly with key stakeholders, RFP/RFI responses, presentations (finalists, client requests, parent company requests, BoD), and may also assist with creating materials.

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing multiple key sales deliverables projects for the Transformation and Strategy team through entire lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, and closure, applying issue/risk management or change control in terms of scope, schedule, and quality, while working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure superior customer and client experience
Accountable for the timely flow of all creative projects and key sales deliverables; develop and manage project schedules, establish deadlines, communicate with key stakeholders, monthly operating report/team metrics, and facilitate resolution of issues that may affect the timely completion and quality of the job
Diagnose and address issues and risks and facilitate the resolution to ensure adherence to project scope, schedule and budget
Lead project meetings ensuring all necessary team members are accountable for their deliverables; facilitate discussion during meetings to drive projects; document meeting agendas and meeting minutes
Interface with all areas impacted by the project including governance, business stakeholders, distributors, vendors and clients ensuring all business objectives are successfully delivered
Upon project completion, socialize and catalogue all final deliverables for later use with appropriate parties at all levels of the organization
Occasional design work of simple and basic forms using InDesign or other similar programs
Other responsibilities as judgment or necessity dictate

Required qualifications, skills and experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Design, or related area of study: or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience
2 years’ work experience in Creative Design, Project Management, or related field

Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills
Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs and self-direct to ensure accountabilities are fulfilled
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Willing to travel up to 15% of time for business purposes
