Customer Service Representative

Contract Position

We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Representatives for one of our premier clients in New York City, NY. This is an opportunity to work with one of the nation’s largest insurance companies.

Shift: Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Pay: $18.12/hr.

Start: May 14, 2018

Responsibilities:

  • Phone calls
  • Update calendar
  • Generate reports
  • Email communications
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations
  • Prepare Excel documents
  • Provide customer service to agents and managers
  • Event planning for meetings and training sessions
  • Daily correspondence including emails, bulletins, opening mail, etc.

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1 to 2 years work experience
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a professional environment.
  • Knowledge of intermediate MS Word, Excel and general office equipment, filing, copying, clerical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to work independently and be a strong team player
