Temp Coordinator, Print Production and Logistics

The as Coordinator, Print Production and Logistics will develop effective methods of data conversion and data services between various business systems. As a Coordinator, Print Production and Logistics you will be responsible for obtaining a working knowledge of our proprietary databases and will leverage this knowledge and database understanding to ensure the most effective, accurate, and thorough data services and reporting. The Coordinator acts as the point person for data imports, maintenance, and clean-up projects, aimed at maintaining data integrity in an efficient and timely manner. This position will facilitate and provide hands-on assistance with data movement between systems, applications and technologies, as needed, and serve as a liaison to vendors and partners. The Coordinator performs routine database maintenance and identifies areas to improve operational and reporting efficiency. This is a 16 week temporary assignment.

Duties and responsibilities

Manage cafe and décor program data and data tracking
Enter and monitor cafe data across various platforms
Utilize advanced skills in Excel and Google sheets to perform data management tasks (e.g., data cleaning, recoding, merging, etc.) to ensure data is up to date and accurate at all times.
Monitor submission of required data by Field Marketing and Design Décor teams; organize and maintain program records
Prepare regular data reports to share with internal and external stakeholders; assist in preparation of 4-Walls Celebration POP
Develop and implement processes to improve and streamline data management and develop new tools to meet data needs to continuously improve data structures and quality
Contribute to general Production Logistics functioning
Other duties as assigned; including but not limited to high level proofing of 4-Walls POP


Demonstrated experience managing data, data sets, databases etc. required
Advanced Excel and Google sheets skills required
Experience in a Marketing setting preferred, but not a requirement
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and present conclusions clearly
Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data
Ability to handle multiple tasks that are time sensitive and meet deadlines; ability to follow-up as needed and take responsibility for completing assignments
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
