Key responsibilities of this position include:
Reviewing, drafting and negotiating various client agreements including non-disclosure agreements, master service agreements and large engineering services contracts
Working with clients in a professional manner
Establishing rapport and working relationship with high levels of management
Working with the legal department
Performing special assignments or projects as required

A Bachelor's degree is required with a preference for a business, insurance, engineering or law degree
Knowledgeable regarding corporate insurance programs within professional services, engineering, and/or construction industries
Experience with contract reviews, drafting and negotiation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, concisely, confidently and professionally within all levels of the company regarding complex issues
Well-organized with strong ability to manage numerous projects and conflicting demands in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility and willingness to work on a broad variety of contractual matters
Team player and self-starter with ability to complete projects on schedule
May be required to travel on an occasional basis
