This company has retained our firm to identify and recruit a driven and ambitious Assistant Project Manager to deliver large Hospitality projects, and to uphold the company’s reputation for quality of delivery.


As Assistant Project Manager, you will have renovation and ground-up Hospitality and Commercial construction management exposure. You have the opportunity to effectively assist on projects varying in size, cost and complexity - ensuring customer satisfaction and high-quality delivery.


  • 3 or more years experience in the construction industry.
  • Degree educated, preferably in a construction or civil engineering field.
  • Previously been responsible as Assistant Project Manager on $5M-10M+ construction projects, ground-up, from concept to completion.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with Superintendents, Estimators, Sub-Contractors, Owners/ Developers, Architects and other professionals in the project life-cycle.
  • Been responsible for managing construction projects, ensuring that constructability reviews, logistics plans and baseline schedules achieve project turnover requirements.
