Job Description:
We are actively searching for Licensed Practical Nurses or Registered Nurses who match our values, mission, and goals. Potential candidates will provide elite, first-class care for our patients while working with a care team to ensure an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out. Problem-solving skills are a must to overcome the challenges of a fast-paced environement where each day brings something new!
The operating hours are Monday -Friday 7am-7pm, Saturday 8am-7pm, and Sunday 9am-7pm. Our clinics are open on all holidays except Christmas Day and Easter Sunday. Schedules consist of a 3-2 split allowing for work-life balance with every other weekend off.
Compensation is negotiable based on experience, skill, and contract details.
Requirements
Valid Nursing License licensure from the State of Mississippi
Ability to work independently
At least 1 year experience as a nurse in an urgent, immediate, or emergency care setting
Understand and appreciate the challenges urgent care can present and the ability to overcome the challenges
Promote teamwork between clinical staff and clinic administration
Ability to use judgment to determine when to consult with a collaborating physician or provider
Be flexible and adaptable with a strong conviction to never turn any patient away before exhausting all reasonable and accessible care options
Perform other duties as assigned
