-$1000 ($2000 for the team) Refundable security deposit ($200/week for 5 weeks)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Owner Operator Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service. This role requires a strong understanding of various types of freight transport, including Flat bed and dry Van operations. As an Owner Operator, you will manage your own vehicle and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain your own truck, ensuring it is in good working condition for safe transport.
- Execute route driving to deliver freight to designated locations in a timely manner.
- Handle various types of freight including but not limited to tanker loads, roll-off trucks, and tractor-trailers.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and other necessary documentation.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal transportation laws and regulations.
- Utilize forklifts as necessary for loading and unloading cargo.
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or truck driver with a strong safety record.
- Familiarity with route planning and navigation tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations on the road.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Must pass all required background checks and drug screenings.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
