Hedge Fund/Family Office is looking for an Office Administrative Assistant to support their NYC place of business. This is a part -time, contact opportunity where you will be assisting the office 5 days a week.
- Answer phones and direct calls with a positive attitude and an energetic work ethic
- Provide office guests with a hospitable experience
- Assist in handling office requests for dial-ins, conference rooms, travel requests, etc.
- Provide administrative support to team (filing, scanning, emailing etc...)
- Manage mail and ensure to use proper courier service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
