Job Description: Salesforce OmniStudio Configurator
Full Time
Hybrid: NYC
Overview: The Salesforce OmniStudio Configurator role is responsible for building, configuring, and implementing Salesforce solutions to support strategic initiatives and operational processes within government agencies. Working closely with Solution Architects and cross-functional teams, the Salesforce Configurator will leverage their expertise in Salesforce, OmniStudio, and public sector domain knowledge to analyze, streamline, and automate agency operations. This position requires a skilled individual with strong Salesforce configuration skills, experience with OmniStudio, understanding of public sector processes, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure complex flows and processes using OmniStudio's declarative tools (OmniScript, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, etc.) to achieve Solution Architect s design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and collaborate on solution architecture
- Configure and customize OmniStudio components to meet specific business requirements and user needs
- Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and approval processes to align with agency's business requirements and public sector regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OmniStudio implementations
- Create and maintain documentation for OmniStudio configurations and processes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest OmniStudio features and updates, recommending improvements to existing solutions
- Contribute to the development of reusable components and templates to improve team efficiency
Qualifications:
- Minimum of Salesforce Certified Administrator and OmniStudio Consultant
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and implementation, with at least 1 year of experience working with OmniStudio.
- Strong understanding of public sector processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex Salesforce projects in the public sector domain.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to design efficient and scalable Salesforce solutions.
