Key finance role to support the Company's efforts to deliver improvements in Working Capital (Inventory and AP) throughout the U.S. Supply Chain and drive the delivery of all finance transformation in the Supply Chain Finance group
Key business partner to package owners, entity owners, budget owners, and functional leadership
Takes a leadership role in the budget, forecast, and actual results processes
Works across the organization to create and implement optimal processes and tools to include Inventory strategies and Vendor agreements
Initiates analytical projects to identify opportunities
Co-ordinated with other teams to deliver on performance metrics
Key Components of the Role :
Establish efficient and effective financial processes (budget, forecast, risk / opportunity outlook, results, KPIs)
Creating financial models and implementing supporting tools
Gathering market data to analyze trends and benchmarks
Participates in the annual budget process and monthly forecast process; focused on identifying risks and opportunities
Leads analytical projects to identify potential improvements, partnering with key leadership stakeholders
Partners with functional teams to integrate budgets and forecasts into business reviews
Lead training and change management initiatives across the organization for Working Capital initiatives
BS in Engineering, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
Minimum of 4 years of experience
Strong business acumen, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
Ability to influence cross-functional team members
Strong Technical and Systems orientation
Motivated self-starter who can effectively work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Possesses the ability to lead teams and effectively work through others
Team player who manages collaboratively with the ability to influence management, in some cases without authority
Exhibits strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
