The company has six large warehouse centers located in Los Angeles, Savannah, Dallas, New Jersey, and four other states across the United States, with a total warehouse area exceeding 1.5 million square feet. Job Requirements:
- Proficient in using tools such as Microsoft Office/Google; VBA, Python, Power BI, and Jira preferred.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese, willing to engage deeply with frontline staff.
- Familiar with basic knowledge in warehousing, supply chain, and logistics; majors in supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering, or business are preferred.
- Willing to rotate through different warehouse positions; flexible to travel as per work arrangements.
- Strong logical thinking, analytical, and communication skills, capable of effectively planning and designing products.
- Open to relocation.
Job Description:
After completing the management trainee program, candidates will be prioritized for placement in the following positions based on company needs, performance during rotation, and personal preferences:
Operations Position:
- Participate in and understand frontline work, identify issues, challenges, errors, and inefficiencies.
- Organize these issues, determine if they are interconnected, set priorities for handling, or decide if they should be addressed concurrently.
- Develop new modification methods, processes, SOPs, and implement them on the frontline.
- During implementation, test the processes and SOPs, and update and iterate as necessary.
- Document, digitalize, and pictorially preserve the finalized processes and SOPs.
- Maintain and quality control the processes and SOPs long-term.
- Maintain and quality control existing normal processes if no improvements are needed.
- Assist in establishing, implementing, maintaining, and quality controlling processes for any new company business.
Lean Position:
- Engage in and understand frontline work, identify problems, difficulties, errors, and inefficiencies.
- Organize these issues, confirm interconnections, establish handling priorities, or decide on concurrent processing.
- Develop new modification methods, processes, SOPs, and implement them on the frontline.

- In-depth study and learning of the WMS system.
- Assist in resolving operational anomalies in various warehouses.
Compensation and Benefits During Management Trainee Program:
The company offers a comprehensive salary system. During the internship, the salary is $3500/month + $500 accommodation allowance. After probation, based on performance during the internship, the base salary ranges from $55K to $65K + monthly performance bonuses, etc.
