We are looking for a Program Manager to join the Emerge team to assist with the delivery of our hardware programs. In this role you will work cross functionally with company colleagues and our external hardware manufacturing partners to lead the ramp of our hardware programs.
Own the hardware program schedules and any associated dependencies. Ensure Emerge remain on track and take or recommend any appropriate corrective action as needed
Build and lead the relationship with our manufacturing partners to ensure schedules, quality and any ramp gating issues are mitigated
Augment internal manufacturing and operations activities related to prototypes and mass production milestones
Define and implement operational KPIs associated with delivery, returns and refurbishment programs
WHO YOU ARE
BS in Engineering degree
6 - 8 years industry experience or equivalent
Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams
Entire hardware development lifecycle experience, from ideation to shipping including establishing and achieving quality metrics
Experience with external manufacturing activities, component supply and logistics/shipping
Experience implementing quality processes for hardware and field support
This position will be based at our Marina del Rey office in Los Angeles, CA
