Fath Properties is seeking candidates interested in filling open Apartment Leasing Consultant positions at communities in the North Central Dallas area.
Being a Leasing Consultant is the first step in growing your knowledge and your career in property management!
Apartment Leasing responsibilities include the following:
- Show apartments to qualified prospects
- Sell features and benefits of the community and close to qualified candidates
- Process rental applications and related rental paperwork. Coordinates move-in of new residents and conduct resident orientation
- Responds to resident requests, including maintenance requests. Follow up on work orders to ensure resident satisfaction

A successful Leasing professional must meet the following requirements: Previous experience in sales will elevate income. Rentals equal commissions!
- A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, OutlookPay Range - $16-18 per hour + $100 commission on each rental
- Previous sales experience a plus!
