Job Summary

The Business Development Rep works to create, expand, and grow relationships with our customer base by driving job referrals and revenues with a variety of professional contacts on daily sales routes. In addition, the BDR maintains an ongoing relationship with trade partners to encourage networking and repeat business.

You will develop long-term, mutually succe$$ful, professional relationships. If you make friends easily, you will succeed here.

Responsibilities and Duties

High Payoff Activities: The BDR will pursue and build professional relationships with our referral sources and trade partners by analyzing the market, identifying target clients, reaching decision-makers, focusing on developing referral partners.

The BDR will be visiting and establishing relationships with our targeted trade partners and referral sources, which include, but are not limited to; plumbers, HVAC companies, property managers, contractors, insurance and real estate agents, and public adjusters.

Additional Responsibilities: Develop sales strategies and help develop sales presentation materials, delivered in person. Professionally conduct meetings with clients. Plan and manage appointment schedules. Maintain exceptional internal and external partner communication. Maintain accurate sales documentation. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and services, and stay current with market trends. Assist with operations as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

Preferred Skills, Experience & Requirements:

  • Extensive face-to-face selling experience, 1-2 yrs. Focus is on relationship building.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and able to multi-task
  • Proficient with computer software programs including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint), Preferred
  • Experience with a CRM tool, Preferred
  • Proven track record of sales goal attainment in restoration/construction industry, Preferred
  • Highly competitive, positive, and results driven sales person
  • Excellent oral and written communication/presentation skills
  • Coach-able, trainable, and have a likable personality
  • Local knowledge and contacts in one or more industry segments, preferred


Base Salary Plus up to 10% of Gross Sales

$100,000+ earning potential is REALISTIC!!!
