The Home Office Service Team provides the opportunity to work hand in hand with the intermediary community and provide top level customer service. We are looking for an Operations Analyst to join our team who has an innovative, collaborative and client-focused demeanor. The environment we work in is constantly evolving, so we need an individual who can come in and meet those challenges.
Primary contact for all service and operations related inquiries (inbound, outbound phone and email interactions) for your assigned client base and other unassigned clients
Support internal and external client use of vendor products and services (NSCC, SS&C, etc.)
Point of contact/liaison for questions/clarification on mailed and faxed client paperwork
Processing client transactions and maintenance received via phone and workflow queue
Work monitoring and oversight reporting to ensure client’s adherence to policy and procedure
Facilitating client trade reconciliations and providing timely and accurate transactions estimates to portfolio management
Executing transfer agency system setup and maintenance on time and with precision
Building and maintaining knowledge of the industry, our products and our client base
Turning feedback into solutions for more effective and efficient client interactions
Providing support to internal/external business partners, including daily support to the Advisor & Client Service Team as well as project support as needed
Client focused and communicates proactively, clearly and professionally
Analytical, detail oriented and thrives at problem solving
Shows initiative, curiosity and flexibility within a changing environment
Comfortable working with multiple software programs and switching between tasks frequently
Works collaboratively and proactively as a member of the team

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent combination of education and work experience)
Series 6 and 63 registered, or willingness to successfully complete within 3 months
Intermediary business and client types (preferred)
Familiarity with TA systems, Salesforce and working ability in Microsoft tools (preferred)
Shift 7:30-4:30 Monday through Friday (periodic 8:30-5:30 to cover NAV dissemination)
Overtime required during peak seasons and as volumes require
