What will I do?

Work closely with Inventory team to weigh, package, and label flower pre-packs and non-med items.

You will:
Work closely with Marijuana Flower and Inventory staff to ensure accuracy of packaging and labeling of fresh packs
Accurately count, weigh and label flower fresh packs in a fast paced, high volume environment
Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in packaging of flower fresh packs
Accurately label non-medicated products
Ensure flower product quality

Nice to Have Skills:
Must be at least Age 21 or older
High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
Experience in Packaging, Labeling or Detailed Assembly Line work preferred
Positive attitude and willing to work in a team environment
Ability to focus and be task oriented
Can demonstrate hand dexterity with small pieces and products
Be organized and have strong attention to detail
Must be able to pass a stringent background check as required by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health

Physical capability: Lab/prep kitchen environment. Requires the ability to sit or stand for 8 hours per day, and requires consistent hand eye coordination and excellent hand dexterity. Must be able to bend, lift and stoop continuously. Ability to lift 30 lbs. unassisted and 50 lbs. assisted.
