POSITION SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the office manager, this position assists in the accounts payable, accounts receivable, data entry, filing and any other office duties assigned.


The essential functions of the position include but are not limited to the following:

  • Posting/Paying bills via QB
  • Post and apply credits from vendors
  • Filing, mailing, and other duties as needed
  • Familiar with ERP systems
  • Communication with Vendors and Customers
  • Operates standard office equipment
  • Monitoring vendor statements
  • Updating paperwork and other documents
  • Performing other general office clerk duties
  • Data Entry into spreadsheets and ERP system
  • Use of 10-key
  • Answer phones on occasion
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Calling Customers to follow up on past due invoices


  • Experience with QuickBooks
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
  • Organization skills
  • Data entry and word processing skills
  • Accurate and precise attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills; able to prioritize


In order to meet all expectations of this position you will need to be able to lift 30 pounds without assistance, stand for long periods of time, and withstand short periods of exposure to the elements.


For an employee to succeed in this position they will need to be able to do mathematic equations, adapt to changing schedules, and contribute to problem solving when needed.
