St. Luke’s Health System is currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Air St Luke’s Team. Air St Luke’s provides Emergency Medical Services with both Air and Ground assets and is a partner with the other pre-hospital providers in the region.
The Business Development Manager is responsible for improving the organization’s market position while achieving the St Luke’s Health Systems triple aim of better health, better care, and lower costs. They will assist in defining long-term organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies new business opportunities and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions. They will oversee the Community Outreach program and work with the Community Health Coordinator to provide pre-hospital outreach and education.
WHAT WILL I DO? This position will help identify ways to improve our relationships, build strategic plans and assist with implementation of those plans. This is a system-wide role that supports all facilities Emergency Medical and other patient transport environments. Our ideal candidate is someone who can take big ideas and turn them into tactical steps that can be executed upon. The person needs to have strong interpersonal skills, be very detailed, and have excellent communication skills. Also, must be willing to have fun, work hard, and have a true passion to help solve problems and help others!
Responsible for the overall development, implementation and track progress of collaborative and strategic plans.
Builds, maintains, and manages vendor and supplier relationships related to marketing materials.
Identifies industry trends and identifies emerging opportunities and acts on the opportunities.
Closely collaborates with our Medical Director and St. Luke's Physician Liaisons to increase awareness of our capabilities.
Facilities montly business development meetings.

Experience in out-of-hospital Emergency Medical Transport and Marketing.
