Job Description

Strategy & International Market Support

Provide support to the global communications team in the development and management of the brand’s overall communications strategy, focusing on supporting Fresh International markets (Asia & Europe)

Communicate with international markets on a daily basis. Upload and provide assets for PR Managers including daily requests/questions, information, creative requests and founder interviews for market press outreach.

Assist in the managing market activation proposals including development, feedback, execution and recap of all global market’s communication activations for media, influencer, press and VIP including assets and execution for mailings, events and outreach. Support global communications flow between markets and central, ensuring deadlines are met.

Topline key learnings from all markets post activation to create best practice documents and encourage cross-market sharing. Collect and file reporting and key international press and social influencer coverage to international newsflashes for weekly meetings

Coordinate multiple weekly conference calls with key international markets, compiling agendas and recaps for each call

Reporting

Manage global reporting from each market including press highlights, organizing coverage and reporting on a monthly, yearly basis. Proactively look to evolve process within the Global Communications team and propose new reporting guidelines.

Pull Quarterly DMR, E PR and social reports. Topline findings to present in meetings.

Track and report global market influencer initiatives, utilizing social listening tools/platforms to measure influencer activity for key local market initiatives.

Launch Guidelines and Activation Assets

Assist in development of all product launch components: global guidelines, releases and support materials including launch concepts, creative assets, event and mailing concepts, branded collateral, product launch information, pitches, Founder Q&As

Liaise with the creative department and internal teams (copy, product development) to ideate, propose, develop and route all global event and mailing activation creative assets and collateral
Oversee timelines and collaborate with internal partners and creative agencies to drive asset approval and delivery on a timely basis.

Research and compile information on competitive brands activity in the International landscape for analysis and key learnings for future development

Branded Experiences

Assist in the organization and logistics for major global press trips and international press events with Fresh Founders, the brand’s spokespeople including booking travel, activities and itineraries and event logistics including unloading, packing, or shipping product, assembling gift bags, attending to guests, coordinating car service, etc

Assist with booking domestic and international travel for the global communications team and press when needed, including booking flights and accommodations, coordinating itinerary/general travel logistics and packing supplies/product for the trip

Departmental Support

Manage internal asset timelines in advance for global products launches and guideline tools including press releases, founder documents, launch information, product information, images, visuals, etc

Manage product samples against launch timing for US, Canada, France & UK long lead press outreach

Administrative

Support department on compiling and creating presentation content for the various internal management, retailer and international meetings
Fulfill administration duties within the Communications department including supporting invoice processing, new vendor support, progressive budget management, and internal department calendar
Maintain and organize the Communications closet, including managing gratis, assembles gifts, and PR/influencer materials Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in public relations/communications in agency or in-house, excluding internships. Experience in International PR preferred.
College Degree in Communications or related field of study
Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
Knowledge of the print/digital media and social media landscape (domestically a must, internationally a plus)
Excellent organizational and communications skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task
Strong technical skills including Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledgeable and up to date on the current beauty trends, particularly those circulating social media.
