Seeking an Innovative IT Systems Administrator

We are currently seeking to add a dynamic Systems Administrator to our IT department. In this role, you will be part of a team tha supports complex IT infrastructure with over 550 end users located in Dayton, OH with satellite locations throughout the country.

Position/Opportunity Highlights:
Opportunity to manage server, network, and voice infrastructure.
Coordinates internal IT projects.
Provides ideas and suggestions to improve work processes throughout the organization by the utilization of technology.
Provides Tier II support including on call duties.
Performs other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Five years experience working with IT systems.
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and be considered insurable by the current CBC/CTS insurance provider.


Must be able to meet the required physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to be on-call on as needed and be available to travel to branch locations, as needed.
Ability to work in stressful situations while meeting deadlines and budget expectations.


Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience with Microsoft applications (SharePoint, Office 365, and Dynamics).
Experience with network administration, networking systems, operating systems (both Windows and Linux), VOIP, databases, and Personal Computer (PC) hardware/software required.
