Responsibilities:
- Ensures that the dealership staff effectively manages the needs of its customers, including personal greetings, access to Porsche loaner vehicles, lounge amenities, showroom appearance, appointment scheduling, cleanliness of vehicles, surprise-and-delight interactions and follow up calls.
- Serves as a role model for desired staff behaviors inclusive of proper service etiquette, including telephone and personal greetings, escorting/handing-off customers and managing difficult interactions.
- Perform vehicle check in, documenting mileage, vehicle information, installing protective covers in vehicles, and inspecting the vehicle for any damage.
- Pulling up loaner vehicles for customers, going over check sheets and reviewing vehicle features.
- Customer follow-up calls and emails are conducted within 48 hours of each service visit.
- Support the dealership personnel to ensure the very best experience for our clients.
Our Requirements:
- You must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record; ability to drive a manual shift vehicle a plus.
- Previous customer service experience required; luxury brand preferred.
- Up to date with the latest technology.
