- This will be a hybrid schedule.
- Monday and Friday will be remote
- Tue-Thur will be in office in Plano Texas.
- Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
Document Control Specialists Engineer Technician Is Accountable for the following:
- Ensuring that all required project documentation is included in project notebook upon project completion.
- Perform a pre-determined level of review on all required project documentation prior to closing the project notebook and transferring to Asset Document Repository Ensuring that all project document control process is adhered.
- Work with multiple departments in updating and further defining all project documentation processes. Overseeing day-to-day activities of PSG Document Team
- Monitor and anticipated team workload, recommend and implement changes to PSG support model, and o direct and coach team members, as appropriate.
- Keeping PSG Manager apprised of status, plans, and issues; work with manager to address concerns and issues.
- Advancing PSG/Projects systems, tools, and flows
- Balancing technical and leadership roles effectively.
Is Responsible for the Following:
- Following departmental standards, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Overseeing day-to-day project services and support
- Ensuring team is providing excellent support to PMs
- Preparing document control goals and monthly report
- Lead role, and prioritize non-Lead tasks and responsibilities
- Commitment to a high level of ethics and integrity
Skills & Experience:
- 2 to 5+ years of experience in a document control role or project control or relevant experience as an individual contributor
Education:
- Associates or bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience.
- Communication, Teaming, Organization

- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal/customer service communication skills required.
- Excellent reporting skills, with high attention to accuracy and detail.

Technical Skills:
- Be familiar with Hydrotest Documentation, Material Documentation, P&ID’s, and other project documentation.
- Computer proficiency in the Windows environment.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and financial tools.
- Must be able to become proficient in the use of other system applications needed to perform the job.
- Good financial acumen.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour
