Invata Intralogistics is seeking a highly motivated Software Developer based in our Alpharetta, GA or Conshohocken, PA offices. Development is focused on delivering an integrated web-based solution within the four walls of distribution centers to control order fulfillment, inventory, robotic automation, data analytics, and human-machine interfaces. The Software Developer is a multi-faceted role, developing across a wide range of platforms including; mobile (Android, IOS, UWP), browser, web application & services, desktop applications, and IoT.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Superior written and inter-personal communication capabilities
  • Consistency in approach and application of coding skills as a software developer that will reliably produce work that maintains company standards, shows deference to project functional specifications, enables support by others, and provides compatibility with company’s overall body of work

  • 3-5 years of experience in Visual Studio .NET environment (C#) as a software developer (or equivalent in Java)
  • 3-5 years of experience with T-SQL (advanced SQL stored procedures, structures, and methods)
  • Knowledge of WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation)
  • Strong experience across the web development stack i.e., WebAPI, Javascript, CSS, HTML5, Angular, REST, MVC, etc.
  • Knowledge of web services infrastructure and data processing technologies (such as Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, etc.)
  • Experience working in an agile environment; Scrum, KanBan
  • Experience developing in a continuous integration environment
  • Bachelor’s in engineering, computer sciences, electrical engineering, or related and/or equivalent experience
  • Xamarin development experience is a plus
  • Mobile development experience is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to software development for manufacturing or distribution environments
  • Experience as a software developer for Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Warehouse Control System (WCS), and/or Warehouse Execution System (WES) Software
  • Equipment automation experience
