Prepare and properly present all food orders in accordance with menu specifications. Serve only high quality taste and appearance food to satisfy guests. Prepare food in a quick/timely manner for service. Insure all hot items are hot and cold items are cold for serving. Prepare items for next shift/and or next day on a daily basis. Participate with the production of banquet foods for functions. May assist with other necessary kitchen duties as requested by F&B Manager. Maintain healthy, clean standards as required by the Board of Health Inspectors. One year of cooking experience required, must be able to lift and pull items approx. 25-50 pounds, and stand on your feet an extended period of time. Good communication skills, read and write English. Must have an open schedule, work varied shifts, holidays and weekends. Must have all required Certifications. Must already be living in Austin.
